Restructuring your company

The idea behind a restructuring plan is to solve financial problems and create a more profitable and cost-effective business. It will mean revising the business model and cutting costs whilst improving performance hopefully by increasing sales.
On a day-to-day level it can involve improving purchases and distribution methods, eradicating waste and inefficiencies. It may also require dropping parts of the business if a particular area is not performing.
For restructuring to succeed the owners and managers must be on board and willing to act. We will assist to restructure businesses to improve their cash flow before they are faced with insolvency.
Each situation is different and requires a new solution but restructuring involves putting together credible plans for:

• Restructuring debt capital
